Warm up and Stretch
SKILL WORK - you'll have 10-15 minutes to work on an area you self determine that you suck at.. Or to say it more "PC", you'll work on "an area of opportunity!" It could be a lifting technique, a skill like pistols, dips or KB techniques etc...... Maybe you even want to work on a Max you missed.. Whatever.. It's your time. The number of bodies we have will help determine how much time you get.
