I will be in at 5:45am and 9:00am and noon..... In addition, I will be there from 4:30pm to 8:00pm group WODs. No specific start times there... Just come in during these hours and when the rower is available get on it and go. Also I would like you guys to spend some time working on your mobility with stretching and band and rollers while you wait for your turn to row!
