**** Confession... In working with the 5:30 am group I found that this is one of those WODs that would have been just fine with only 3 Rounds. So.... my recommendation is that if you want to go with the Rx weight you consider stopping at 3 Rounds. If you want to get 4 Rounds in scale your weight. As long as it seems you are being safe I'll let you decide weight/rounds... If it looks like you will get hurt, I'll help you decide :)
