So you know with 4 Rowers, we have to stagger these workouts, especially in the evening. We have a 4:30pm, 5:45pm and a 7:00pm WOD today.. For these evening workouts we may not start these exactly on the hour... If we have a group ready to go at the end of one groups 35 minute time cap. Just plan to come in and get warmed up and stretched, and we'll get you going ... Think of it as ONE 3 1/2 hour group WOD... We will NOT start the last one later than 7:25PM However...
