We'll spend some time stretching and getting those sore muscles working again today after the last 3 days kicked your butt...
Then we are going to work teach, review and practice the following.
- The Kip that we use for Kipping pull ups and knees to elbows.
- Muscle ups
- Pistol Squats
- and maybe some other stuff that you guys may be wanting help with (like rope climbs :)
Depending on the groups we may also allow time for a makeup wod for those that may have missed a workout or two this week and aren't as crippled as the rest of the group :)
