Krystle, I'm so sorry to hear about your knee. I know too well how frustrating an injury can be! I've had two injuries which pretty much stopped me in my tracks and I was so mad! Sometimes there is a bright side though; one injury was a glute/hamstring injury and although I had to abandon my biking/running/lower body goals for a long time, I was able to do some upper body stuff and I decided I was going to learn how to do pull ups. Without the restrictions that injury demanded, I probably still wouldn't be able to do a pull up, so there is often a silver lining. Hopefully your knee will be better fast, but in the meantime figure out what you can do and set a goal. Keep us posted, we are all thinking healing thoughts! :o)

Thank you Sara. My knee has just been an issue for me since I was a teenager. Unlike previous injuries, I am trying to, like you said, find that silver lining there so often is. It is a lot easier this time round with the CrossFit Juneau family being very supportive and very encouraging like yourself :)
