Hey guys... I'm looking for feedback on scheduling ideas. I'm looking to see what will meet the needs of our current athletes as well as feedback from those of you that are interested in starting in one of our fundamental groups.
Possible schedules for Group WODs:
6am - 7am Group WOD
5:30am-6:30am Group WOD
12:00-1:00 Group WOD
4:30-5:30 Group WOD
5:45-6:45 Group WOD
7:00-8:00 Group WOD
I'm thinking that if we change the current evening times as I have above it will spread out the group a little as we grow and we can also get some time to transition between groups!
Proposed times for one or both new Fundamentals groups to start Monday Sept 30th :
3pm-4:00pm Fundamentals M-W-F
10am-11am Fundamentals M-W-F
