OH BOY!!! Today starts what is the 5th Fundamentals grop and tomorrow will be the 6th Fundamentals group..... Starting them at the same time has some great advantages..... We have a M, W, F group and T, Th, Sa group. Monday and Tuesday will cover the same material and have the same workouts. Wednesday and Thursday, Friday and Saturdays will also be the same. This is to offer some flexibility in your schedules. It's very important to your success and the success of the crossfit community you are joining to take the first 4 week seriously and to make sure that you learn all the elements so that you can walk righ into our group WOD's upon completion of the Fundamentals. So, if you can't make Monday, then come Tuesday. No Friday, then come Saturday. For my scheduling purposes it will work better if you choose a group and go with it, but for those one off's when you have and event or obligation, utilize that alternative date.
Now for Today's and Tomorrow's plan: Warm up and Stretch WOD - "Cindy" - 5 Pull ups - 10 Push ups - 15 Air Squats Max Rounds in 20 MINUTES POST ROUNDS TO COMMENTS.
