WOD - Skill Practice...... NOT FOR TIME!!!!!
1 Snatch Grip Deadlift (95/65)
1 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
1 Snatch Balance (95/65)
1 Full Squat Snatch (95/65)
Perform 5 Cycles of the above 4 movements to Complete 1 Round (so 20 total reps)
Do 4-5 Rounds time dependant...
What we learned from the am session: First round (or a couple cycles anyway) could be done with just a Barbell or even a PVC pipe... Then add weight... Not sure anyone really needs to practice with more than the Rx weight on this one..
