EVENING HOURS ARE Different for Monday and Wednesday this week.
Our evening WOD's will begin at 4:30 and 5:30pm...... Barbell Club will begin at 6:30pm
Also FRIDAY hours will have a 5:30 am, 4:30pm and 6:00pm... No 9:30am or Noon ON FRIDAY

2x7 @ 70-75%
2x5 @ 75-80%
With a Parner ROW 5,000 Meters switching off every 250 Meters.
(each person will get TEN 250 Meter rowing Sprints)
