Just wanted to share that we have had very crowded 6:00pm WODs and much lighter 7:00pm WODs so if you don't care which time you come to feel free to come in at 7:00pm to balance out the groups.

We will be rowing and then we will also have a chance to work on some stuff we suck at as we will be taking turns on the rowers.
