Men will start at 155lbs on the bar and add 10 lbs every minute
Women will start at 75 lbs on the bar and add 5 lbs every minute
You will be done with the strength element when you can no longer get 2 reps
without help and yes we can drop your starting weight down if we need to..

9 Hang Power Cleans (155/85)
6 Push Jerks (155/85)
