1 Snatch grip Deadlift
2 Hang Power Snatches
1 OH Squat
With a goal of completing 6 or more rounds add 10-20 lbs each round until failure.
Bench press with a partner taking turns working with 75% of your 1 RM until you reach 100 REPS.
