This will consist of three lifts and you will have 3 attempts at each lift to find your 1 RM
1) Shoulder Press
3) Back Squat
Here is a good YouTube video for the standards for the three lifts. Standards are the things that have to happen (or not happen) in order to count as a valid rep.
We do these all in the same session and we will have a warm up time before and then will get started after that. You need to think about the weights you will open at and the following article will help you figure it out.
