New to crossfit?
If you have never done CrossFit before, we start you off in our CrossFit Fundamentals program. In December 2015 we are streamlining this into a 2 week program that works out three evenings a week and will run the first two full weeks of every month. We teach you the CrossFit skills, lifts and terminology to get you through most any of the WOD's (workout of the day) that we will throw out to the Group WOD's.
Our Fundamentals program cost is $150 for the two weeks or, if you would prefer to set up a 6 or 12 month membership then the cost will just be the first month of your membership. You will need to complete all 6 workouts to join our group WODs. Any that are missed will have to be be made up at a separate time and our Personal Training rate of $60 will apply.
Once your fundamentals program is completed or if you have attended a CrossFit gym somewhere else and are already experienced with our exercises and our methodology then you should come to our Group WOD training sessions. These are Group sessions where the WOD is already formatted for you. These should all take right about an hour !
We offer free trial workouts every Saturday at 9:00 am. So if you are thinking about starting Crossfit and joining our team, but are not sure, then come give us a try. We'll give you some instruction and put your through a workout. You'll know if you're interested when your done. If you are, then the only thing left to do is to schedule your start up.
