New to crossfit?
If you have never done CrossFit before, you will begin with our CrossFit Fundamentals program. Our Fundamentals program is only $150 for two weeks (Six 1-1/2 hour sessions) of small group sessions geared toward teaching our lifts, movements, and methodology. You will need to complete all 6 sessions to join our group WODs. Any that are missed will have to be be made up at a separate time and our Personal Training rate of $60 will apply.
Once you complete fundamentals, or if you have attended a CrossFit gym somewhere else and are already experienced with our exercises and our methodology then you should come to our Group WOD training sessions. These are Group sessions where the WOD is already formatted for you. These should all take right about an hour !
We offer free trial workouts every Saturday at 9:00 am by appt. So if you are thinking about starting Crossfit and joining our team, but are not sure, then get in touch with us to schedule your free Saturday morning workout. We'll give you some instruction and put your through a workout. You'll know if you're interested when your done. If you are, then the only thing left to do is to schedule your start up.
